PURPOSE: A spike recombinant protein containing an antigenic determinant and a method for preparing the same are provided to effectively treat or prevent bovine coronavirus infection. CONSTITUTION: A spike recombinant protein contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, or 19. A gene encoding the recombinant proteins has a base sequence of sequence number 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, or 20. The expression vector contains the gene encoding the spike recombinant protein.
