PURPOSE: An insulation material packing apparatus is provided to increase working speed and to improve reliability of a packing work by packing a sealing tape or an insulation material with constant tension. CONSTITUTION: An insulation material packing apparatus comprises an insulation material supply part(10), a guide part(20), and a tension adjusting member. The insulation material supply part is installed in the lower part of a plate(40) installed in a frame of a pellet accumulating device to consecutively supply the sealing tape or the insulation material with constant tension. The guide part is installed in the upper part of the plate to guides the sealing tape or the insulation material supplied from the insulation material supply part to the pellet accumulating device. The tension adjusting member is installed in the insulation material supply part to adjust the tension of the sealing tape or the insulation material.
