摘要 PURPOSE: A photosynthesis valid light quantum sensor and a photosynthesis valid light amount measuring device are provided to uniformly maintain the durability, a reaction speed, and the accuracy for long time, thereby improving the reliability with respect to a measured value of photosynthesis valid light amount. CONSTITUTION: A photosynthesis valid light quantum sensor(100) comprises a photo diode(10), a substrate member(20), and a variable resistance member(30). The photo diode converts light energy into electrical energy and is mounted on the substrate member. The variable resistance member is connected to the substrate member and detected by the photo diode and corrects the output electrical energy value.
