PURPOSE: A fluidized asphalt concrete and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance adhesive property and durability, thereby preventing crack generation after construction. CONSTITUTION: A fluidized asphalt concrete comprises 33-65 weight% of aggregate, 5-15 weight% of filler, 20-50 wt% of water(H2O), 1-2wt% of latex, 0.05-0.1wt% of dispersing aid, and 7-30wt% of asphalt emulsion. The aggregate includes recycle asphalt concrete aggregate, 13mm aggregate, crushed sand, and filler in a mixing ratio of 1:1:1:1. The filler includes calcium hydroxide, fine aggregate with particle diameter of less than 1.6mm, and Portland cement in a mixing ratio of 1:1:1. The dispersing aid includes hydrochloric acid(HCl) and Calcium Chloride(CaCl2) in a mixing ratio of 1:1. A manufacturing method of the fluidized asphalt concrete comprises next steps: heating aggregate and asphalt emulsion; stirring the heated aggregate and the asphalt emulsion; and mixing the filler, water, latex, and dispersing aid while mixing thereof.
