After a predetermined travel of the arm, a pawl 14 engages a notch 8 of the spring-loaded member 7, Fig. 2 (not shown), so that further movement of the pick-up arm 1 is positively controlled by the cam 6. At a later stage, Fig. 4 (not shown), the pawl 14 is released from the notch 8 and the pick-up arm returns to the lower position for contacting the next blank. |
