<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the waste of power consumption to efficiently perform micro-wave burning in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In a burning waveguide 50 for propagating a progressive wave generated in a microwave generating source 1 and heating and burning a stored object W for heating, while the object W for heating is taken in from a position having a low intensity of electromagnetic field right-angled to the longitudinal direction of the burning waveguide 50 and the object W for heating is moved in the advancing direction of the progressive wave, the heating and burning temperature for the object W for heating is raised. Therefore, in the case of burning in the burning waveguide 50, it is impossible to suddenly start heating for the object W for heating with high energy.
