#CMT# #/CMT# The high temperature-sealant (10) comprises a ceramic refractive sealing material, and a moisture-proof multi-layered sheath surrounding the refractive sealing material, where the sheath disintegrates at 50-200[deg] C, forms a carbon layer in an upper surface area of the ceramic sealing material after the disintegration and has partial adhesive areas at the outer side. The refractive sealing material is made of 30-70 mass% of granular refractive components and 70-30 mass% of silicon dioxide -containing components, which are stable at 100[deg] C and partially disintegrates at greater than 100[deg] C under the formation of free silicon dioxide. The fixed components of the refractive sealing material are present in a grain fraction (d50) of less than 250 mu m.
