PURPOSE: A memory command including a parameter which affects an operation condition of a memory is provided to improve security by inserting additional information to data and/or code. CONSTITUTION: A memory device(100) includes a circuit and a parameter managing block(140). A circuit writes or read data in an array of memory cells and receives command which operates in the array of the memory cells. A parameter managing block receives a parameter included in the command and affects a physical operation condition of the circuit based on an operation parameter.
