PURPOSE: A mushroom cultivation apparatus for improving productivity and quality of mushroom is provided to uniformly maintain the optimum temperature, humidity, and cleanliness inside a cultivation room. CONSTITUTION: A mushroom cultivation apparatus comprises the following: a housing(100) forming an internal space for cultivating mushroom, and including plural outlets(DIF1-DIF10) formed on both side walls of the housing for discharging air from the internal space; a duct facility including a supply duct and a vent duct(54); an air handling unit(200) supplying the air passed through the supply duct and the outlets into the internal space, and receives the air circulated inside the internal space through plural inlets; a first supply duct(152A) is connected to an air outlet of the air handling unit; a second supply duct(152B) connected to the first supply duct; a third supply duct including 3-1 and 3-2 supply ducts(152C-1, 152C-2) connected to both ends of the second supply duct; and a fourth supply duct connected to the outlets.
