RAW MATERIAL MEDIUM COMPOSITION FOR CULTURING MUSHROOM USING KIWI AND THE MATHOD FOR CULTERING MUSHROOM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A medium material composition for cultivating mushroom using actinidia chinensis, and a mushroom cultivation method using thereof are provided to use fermented fruits for cultivating the mushroom. CONSTITUTION: A mushroom cultivation method using a medium material composition comprises the following steps: supplying water to the medium material composition to obtain a medium composition having the water content of 40-70wt%; sterilizing the medium sterilizing the medium composition at 100-130 deg C for 60-150 minutes, and cooling; injecting pleurotus ostreatus spawns into the medium composition, and cultivating at 20-25 deg C; and inducing the generation of fruit bodies from the spawns for growing the mushrooms.
