摘要

PURPOSE: A micro fluid chip manufacturing method using ultrasonic fusion is provided to obtain enough separation efficiency only with capillary force by reducing loss of flow pressure of blood plasma. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a micro fluid chip manufacturing method using ultrasonic fusion comprises the following steps: manufacturing a molding stamp by using a photo etching method; manufacturing an injection molding by an upper substrate(100) and a lower substrate use the stamp for molding; welding the upper and lower substrates by using a ultrasonic melting method.
