摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of a mushroom extraction beverage using alkali ion water and tourmaline ceramic balls is provided to extract sparassis crispa, hericium erinaceus, papaya leaves, and black blue berry using the alkali ion water and the tourmaline ceramic balls. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a mushroom extraction beverage using alkali ion water and tourmaline ceramic balls comprises the following steps: preparing an extraction material including dried sparassis crispa, dried hericium erinaceus, dried papaya leaves, and black blue berry in a ratio of 6:3:1:2; preparing an aging material including the alkali ion water and the tourmaline ceramic balls in a weight ratio of 1:0.3; inserting the extraction material and the aging material in a glass container, and aging for 12-24 hours; separating the extraction material from the aging material; secondly aging the extraction material for 4-12 hours using an ultrasonic extractor after inserting into the glass container with the aging material; and extracting the extraction material while repeatedly changing the temperature and the pressure, and by cooling and freezing.
