METHOD OF IMPROVING FERTILITY OF FEMALE ANIMAL

PURPOSE: A method for improving the fertility of female animals is provided to increase the relative rate of X-spermatozoon compared to X-spermatozoon without a complex gender sorting method. CONSTITUTION: Spermatozoon is collected from male mammals. The spermatozoon is treated under a pH value range between 4.5 and 5.5. Surviving spermatozoon after the treatment is injected into the ovum of a female mammal to be artificially fertilized. The mammals are selected from a group including pigs, cows, sheep, and horses. The treatment for the spermatozoon is implemented for 1 to 60 minutes.
