Disclosed is a mobile communication method for reducing the interference imparted to the receiving circuit of a relay node by the relay node itself when transmission/receiving processing in a Un wireless bearer and transmission/receiving processing in a Uu wireless bearer are performed simultaneously. The mobile communication method includes: a step in which a relay node (RN) determines, on the basis of a first operating frequency (f1) used in the wireless section between the relay node (RN) and a mobile station (UE) and a second operating frequency (f2) used in the wireless section between a wireless base station (DeNB) and the relay node (RN), whether or not scheduling at a second timing should be performed in such a manner that a first timing and the second timing do not overlap in the time direction; and a step in which the relay node (RN) notifies the wireless base station (DeNB) of the determination result.
