E6 OR E7 FUSION IMMUNOGLOBULIN FROM HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS TYPE 16

PURPOSE: An E6 or E7 fusion immunoglobulin of recombinant HPV type 16 is provided to effectively induce dendritic cell maturation and to be used in a novel antigen-specific dendritic cell therapy. CONSTITUTION: An E6 or E7 fusion immunoglobulin of recombinant HPV type 16 contains E6 protein having an amino acid of sequence number 2 or E7 protein having an amino acid of sequence number 4 and Fc region of human IgG. A recombinant expression vector contains the E6 or E7 gene and Fc gene of human IgG. The E6 or E7 gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1 or 3. The recombinant expression vector is HPV16E6-Ig/pLNCX2 or HPV16E7-Ig/pLNCX2. A vaccine composition for treating cervical cancer contains the E6 or E7-fused IgG as an active ingredient.
