PURPOSE: A dynamic multi-cast path allocation apparatus in a wideband wireless access system and method thereof are provided to dynamically allocating multi-cast paths in the wideband wireless access system. CONSTITUTION: A PoC(PTT over Cellular) server(140) controls multi-cast paths by using an MDPF(Multicast Data Path Function). A control station(132) establishes the multi-cast paths in each base stations(121~124). A terminal(110) executes a uni-cast signaling method in the PoC server through the control station. The terminal executes a registration procedure for multi-cast services.
