PURPOSE: A functional cosmetic pack for skin massage is provided to maximize physiological activation, prevent and treat dermatitis including atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing functional cosmetic pack for skin care massage comprises: a step of pulverizing yellow soil, cervi Parvum Cornu, pine needle, mulberry leaves, and puerariae Radix; a step of mixing 30-70 weight% of yellow powder, 10-40 weight% of cervi Parvum Cornu powder, 1-10 weight% of pine needle powder, 1-5 weight% of mulberry leaves, and 1-9 weight% of puerariae Radix; and a step of stirring the powders together. At the step of stirring, natural perfume and ocher water are added.
