摘要 PURPOSE: An automated system for a liquid separation process is provided to separate liquid by automatically controlling a valve because a state of mixed liquid is detected with the reliability. CONSTITUTION: An automated system for a liquid separation process comprises a lighting irradiation part(200), an image processing part, a controller(400), and a valve part(500). The lighting irradiation part irradiates lights to a mixed liquid from a side of a sight glass(100). The image processing part obtains an amount of lights transmitted the mixed liquid in the other side of the sight glass. The control unit detects the opacity of the mixed liquid by using the amount of the lighting irradiated and amount of the lights transmitted. The valve unit opens and closes so that the control unit separates substances contained in the mixed liquid by detecting the opacity. A method for detecting the opacity is decided by using a line scan of X and Y axis or the occupancy of a pixel matrix unit.
