PURPOSE: A drainage system having a cleaning device is provided to periodically clean a screen filter by arranging a brush tool inside a drainpipe and rotating the arranged brush tool through the rotation of a handle member or socket member. CONSTITUTION: A drainage system(10) having a cleaning device comprises a drainpipe(100), a connection pipe(200), and a cleaning unit. One end of the drainpipe is inserted into a drain hole, and the other end is arranged inside a tunnel(20). A screen filter(150) is arranged on one end of the drainpipe and cuts off soil(50). The connection pipe is vertically connected to the other end of the drainpipe and guides underground water to the bottom of the tunnel. The cleaning unit is rotatably inserted into the drainpipe and removes soil from the screen filter.
