PURPOSE: A smart phone transmission and reception apparatus is provided to enable users to watch web content through a television by connecting to content stored in a smart phone. CONSTITUTION: A transmission module(110) converts audio-video signals received from a smart phone(10) through a smart phone dock into transmissive signals by using a first signal converting unit. The transmission module converts the converted signals into wireless signals by using a transmission unit. A reception module(120) converts the wireless signals received by the reception module into the audio-video signals by using a second signal converting unit. The reception module converts the converted signals into HDMI(High Definition Multimedia Interface) signals by using an HDMI transmission apparatus.
