PURPOSE: A method for detecting a bridge connecting failure is provided to accurately inspect bridge poor connection between terminals by using not only 2D images but also height base information. CONSTITUTION: Two or more 2D images and height base information are obtained by taking a photograph of a plurality of reflected lights(S10). The rotation information of a component is obtained by using one ore more of the 2D images and the height base information(S20). An inspection area is set for detecting the bridge poor connection of the component based on the rotation information of the component(S30). A first bridge area in the inspection area is extracted by using at least one of the 2D images(S40). A second bridge area in the inspection area is extracted by using the height base information(S50). The bridge poor connection of the component is determined(S60). |
