PURPOSE: A building lighting control system is provided to secure expandability and mobility by mounting an IP(Internet Protocol) on a sensor node comprising a heat sensor and a motion sensor. CONSTITUTION: A sensing signal receiver(110) receives a sensing signal transmitted from a plurality of sensors. A sensing signal determining unit(130) determines the on and off of a lighting unit by comparing the sensing signal with a preset value. A multi temperature setting unit(120) sets a temperature value for the sensing signal determining unit with several steps. A movable area lighting control unit(150) generates a lighting control signal for turning on and off the lighting unit in a moving area. A lighting control signal transmitting unit(160) transmits a lighting control signal generated from the lighting control unit to a lighting MCU in the moving area.
