PURPOSE: A continuous shear forming apparatus and method are provided to obtain high quality shear forming by generating strain larger than ECAP processing and improving the charge of a material in a die. CONSTITUTION: A continuous shear forming apparatus comprises a rolling roll(10) which is composed of a shaped roll or flat roll and provides a compressive force for shear forming of a material and a die(30) which shear-transforms the material passing through the rolling roll.
