PURPOSE: A vial closure structure including a flip-off type cap and a method for manufacturing the cap are provided to combine a cap and a sleeve through a simple process and easily separate the cap and the sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A vial closure structure comprises a cap(30) and sleeves(40). The cap comprises: a first cut part(39) having a cutting grove(31); a circumferential first edge(33); a first groove part(35) which is extended from the first edge; and an upper peripheral part which is integrated with the end of the first groove part. The sleeve comprises a second edge which is located on the first edge and a second cut part having a second groove part which is extended from the second edge.
