PURPOSE: An automatic purification apparatus which isolating target nucleic acids from a plurality of biological samples without cross contamination is provided to minimize contamination. CONSTITUTION: An automatic purification apparatus for isolating target nucleic acids from a plurality of biological samples comprises: a purification block(110) which has a plurality of pipettes(P) or magnetic rod tubes and is mounted to move vertical and horizontal directions; a solution support(1050) which is movably mounted to move to receive falling solution from the pipettes or magnetic rod tubes or to prevent contact with the pipettes or magnetic rod tubes; and an aerosol preventing band(1070) which is formed to cover a part wetted by a solution containing the target nucleic acid.
