PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly and heat adhesive film is provided to enhance film processing property and mechanical strength by including crystalline biodegradable resin layer. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly and heat adhesive film comprises a first resin layer and a second resin layer. The first resin layer includes an aliphatic polycarbonate resin. The aliphatic polycarbonate resin can be obtained by copolymerizing carbon dioxide and epoxide compound selected from a group consisting of alkylene oxide, cycloalkene oxide, and a mixture thereof. The aliphatic polycarbonate resin has a number average molecular weight(Mn) of 50,000-500,000. The second resin layer includes a biodegradable resin having a melting point of 60 deg. Celsius or greater.
