PURPOSE: A Braille block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to provide safe walk environment for pedestrian including blinds. CONSTITUTION: A Braille block and a manufacturing method thereof include a block section and protrusions(20). In the block section, negative groove parts(15) and mounting groove portions are formed. In the mounting groove portion, an extension unit and a hanging unit of protrusion are inserted. In the mounting groove portion, the bonding member is inserted in order for the protrusion to be fixed on the block section. The protrusion comprises head units(21), extension parts, and holders. The head units are projected to upper side of the block section.
