ELECTRONIC PEN USING AN OPTICAL FIBER, AND OPERATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An electronic pen using an optical fiber tube and an operating method thereof are provided to connect a tube fiber between a lens and a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) image sensor and transfer concentrated light to the CMOS image sensor by the tube fiber. CONSTITUTION: Infrared light is transmitted through an infrared filter(210). A lens(220) concentrates the light. A CMOS image sensor(230) converts an optical image which senses the concentrated light into an electrical signal. A fiber tube(240) transfers the light to the CMOS image sensor. A switch(250) controls transfer of light from the lens to the CMOS image sensor.
