PURPOSE: A hand bell equipped with a light emitter is provided to easily attach and detach a light emitter to a hand bell because a fixing member of the light emitter is inserted into a handle unit of the hand bell and securely fixed. CONSTITUTION: A hand bell comprises a bell body, a handle unit, and a light emitter(4). The light emitter emits the light simultaneously with noise when playing with the hand bell. The light emitter comprises a fixing member(41), a battery member(42), a light source member(43), and a emitting member(44). The fixing member is assembled in the handle unit. The battery unit is assembled in the fixing member and accepts a battery. A light source is installed inside the light source member. The emitting member is assembled in the light source member and utilize as a light emitting passage.
