FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: system of technical facilities control comprises the following components connected accordingly: control stations, communication lines, devices of data base storage, channelling equipment, data transfer equipment, units of data collection and analysis on targeted objects, measurement of primary characteristics, calculation of secondary characteristics, selection of objects by characteristics, identification and classification of targeted objects, detection of priorities of targeted objects, assessment of efficiency, formation of a list of technical facilities (TF) by efficiency, distribution of objects between TF, formation of TF target designations, control panels, devices of information display, a comparison unit, devices for reception of commands and address issue of control signals and devices of technical facility control. The method describes operation of this system. ^ EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities, by arrangement of collection, processing, analysis of data on targeted objects on a control panel of the second level and making a decision on targeting, and arrangement of a function to assess efficiency of action of a technical facility at all targeted objects at a control panel of the first level. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
