FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: joint comprises a multifunction joint chamber, a multifunction pipe trolley, a steam circulation device which continuously supplies reusable steam, a cooling and moulding device. A steam circulation system comprises a steam heater and an additional steam feeder. The joint also contains an automatic control system comprising sensors detecting various real-time parameters, an indicating device, means for input of the parameters chosen from a group consisting of: chamber inlet speed, consumption, time, temperature, steam pressure, compressed air pressure, and a control unit containing adjusters specified in a group consisting of: a temperature controller, a pressure controller, a valve gas controller, a valve steam controller, a time difference controller. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of the manufactured pipes, and lower labour input and rejection rate. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
