FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of porous spherical powders for small arm, particularly, for smooth-bore gun shot cartridges. Proposed method comprises dissolving powder mass consisting of nitro cotton "H" with content of nitrogen oxide of 189-194.5 ml NO/g and nitroglycerine in water with solvent consisting of ethyl acetate and acetone, and adding leather glue and extra amount of water.
