FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to rolling stock braking equipment. Proposed method consists in downing brake shoes on rails. After automatic registration of the fact that train stopping distance exceeds length of track to sudden obstacle, alarm is switched on in cars to warn passengers about emergent evacuation. Grippers are downed on rails behind last car of high-speed train to grip rail heads. Then, tail car top rear face fragment is detached from the train. Pan with passenger seats is displaced relative to tail car when gripper spring ties get tensioned. Then, similarly pan with seats of last but one car is displaced relative to last and last but one cars. Similar jobs are performed for all other train cars. Pan dynamic inertial forces are killed by elastic forces of spring ties and pan friction against track. ^ EFFECT: higher safety. |
