FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: unit comprises a double cylinder wherein a piston link is mounted. The cylinders have a pair of working body absorption and injection passages coupled with absorption and injection valves. A gas flow direction from side passages inside the cylinder has a reactive effect on a piston profile working at high frequency, and leads to side loads on piston rings. The regarded piston profile loads enable having a problem of the low ring resource, and solving it in a sudden way. A two-section piston link contacting to sleeves by means of rings in piston grooves is inserted into the cylinder. The link sections are coupled together by ring locks, and contain seals. The piston link is fixed on a double rod, and contains an unload device. The device represents radial rolling bodies located in the facing piston and rod races. ^ EFFECT: device reduces ring friction inside the piston grooves, and eliminates non-uniform wear of piston rings. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
