Proposed plant comprises plant for integrated gas treatment, reactor gas-phase methane-containing gas oxidation consisting of gas-to-gas heat exchanger of reaction zone and gas-to-water heat exchanger of cooling zone, refrigerator-condenser, rectification unit, ecological system and gas burner.
