FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: rolled billets are produced from melt containing 0.3-1.5% Si, ëñ0.5% Fe, ëñ0.3% Cu, 1.0-2.0% Mn, ëñ0.5% Mg, ëñ4.0% Zn, ëñ0,3% of every element selected from the groups IVb, Vb or Vib, and unavoidable impurity elements. Note here that, prior to rolling, billets are preheated at temperature lower than 550C, preferably 400 to 520C, and more preferably, 450 to 520C, to adjust disperse particle size and quantity. Then, preheated billet is hot-rolled into hot strip. Said strip is then cold rolled with full reduction of, at least 90%. Cold-rolled strip is subjected to heat treatment to reach 0.2% of conventional yield point that makes 50-90% of yield point in cold-rolled state to conventional yield point of 100-200 MPa. ^ EFFECT: high strength, stability, resistance to flexure, better processability. ^ 53 cl, 2 dwg, 5 ex, 3 tbl |
