FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: system of three-level centralised control comprises the following components connected accordingly: control stations, computer network lines, units of data collection and analysis on targeted objects, measurement of primary characteristics, calculation of secondary characteristics, selection of objects by characteristics, identification and classification of targeted objects, detection of priorities of targeted objects, assessment of efficiency, formation of a list of technical facilities (TF) by efficiency, distribution of objects between TF, formation of TF target designations, control panels, devices of information display, a comparison unit, devices for reception of commands and address issue of control signals and a device of technical facility control. ^ EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of the method and the system of three-level centralised control of technical facilities by performance of control functions. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
