This invention relates to a method of reducing the side effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Specifically, the invention relates to administration of a pyridine derivative to reduce and/or prevent the side effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Also provided is the use of a pyridine derivative in the preparation of a medicament for the reduction of the side effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and a pyridine derivative.
