PURPOSE: A parallel process readout circuit for an x-ray image sensor system and a readout method thereof are provided to read bulk readout energy generated from pixels with high speed. CONSTITUTION: A pixel array(10) includes pixels. A shift register part(14) includes registers(15). The registers are respectively connected to a plurality of output buses. The registers receive pixel data from the pixels belonged to a selected row. The registers are temporality stored. The shift register part sequentially output the pixel data during a readout mode. |
