PURPOSE: An oil reflux device of a needle bar of an overlock sewing machine is provided to forcibly reflux oil contained in a reflux cover of the needle bar and to prevent leakage of oil. CONSTITUTION: An oil reflux device of a needle bar of an overlock sewing machine comprises: an oil reflux felt(14) mounted at the lower portion of a bushing; a porous oil absorption plate(15) mounted at the lower side of the oil reflux felt; a reflux cover(16) of the needle bar for mounting the oil reflux felt and oil absorption plate; and an oil pump(18) for forcibly refluxing the oil. The oil absorption plate has a same shape with the oil reflux felt. The oil reflux felt prevents air inflow in case of operating an oil pump by sealing the reflux cover and oil absorption plate.
