The device (100) has a hollow case (102) separated into a primary chamber (110) and a secondary chamber (112) by a sealed partition wall (114). The partition wall comprises a zone i.e. breakable cover or closure (180), between the primary chamber and the secondary chamber, where the zone is opened by a breaking unit (150). A filter (104) is arranged in the primary chamber. The secondary chamber is located inside a sealed envelope of the partition wall. The breaking unit includes a punch (152) fixed to the case and comprising a head arranged at the proximity of the zone to be opened.
