PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly flooring material composition using loess is provided to satisfy quality standards of various surface finishing materials for floor without containing VOCs harmful material. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly flooring material composition using loess comprises 30-100 parts by weight of loess which includes hydroxyl group, 5-30 parts by weight of Portland cement, 20-80 parts by weight of alumina cement, 2-15 parts by weight of anhydrous gypsum. The flooring material composition includes more than 1 type of compositions which is selected from 0.1-5 parts by weight of fluidifier, 0.1-5 parts by weight of antifoaming agent, 0.1-2 parts by weight of thickener, 0.1-5 parts by weight of pigment based on 100.0 parts by weight of the water-soluble polyurethane emulsion. A manufacturing method of the loess which includes the hydroxyl radical comprises next steps: performing a reaction of hydroxide solution with loess; and heating the reacted loess.
