摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing nanocomposite electrolyte membrane is provided to effectively disperse inorganic particles on a polymer electrolyte by performing a dispersion process without separate chemical treatment and an additive and to manufacture the nanocomposite electrolyte membrane having membrane properties suitably for a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing nanocomposite electrolyte membrane comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture solution containing 0.001-10 weight% of inorganic particles and 1-99.999 weight% of a hydrogen ion-conductive polymer electrolyte; selecting the hydrogen ion-conductive polymer electrolyte from a group comprising a perfluorinated polymer and a partially fluorinated polymer; manufacturing a dispersion solution by performing a milling process after transferring the mixture solution to a vessel which is filled with balls or beads; molding the dispersion solution into a film form and drying the film; and converting sulfuric acid into sulfonic acid.
