PURPOSE: A cooler and a heater using microwaves is provided to improve the efficiency without CO2 by using microwaves instead of compressors and using a check valve and a coolant circulation pump in an inlet of refrigerants. CONSTITUTION: One side of a heating unit(23) of a cooler and a heater using microwaves is connected to an inlet of a heat medium circulation pump with pipe-fittings. An outlet of the heat medium circulation pump(49), a solenoid valve(49), and the other side of T square of installed suction pipes(11) are connected with the pipe-fittings in series. A middle portion of the solenoid valve, the middle portion of the heat medium circulation pump, solenoid valve(55), and the upper side of the heat medium oil tank(57) are connected with the pipe-fittings in series. A part between the heat medium circulation pump and a heating unit, the solenoid valve, and a lower part of the heat medium oil tank are connected in series.
