NONDETERMINISTIC GENERATOR OF UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED RANDOM SEQUENCES

A nondeterministic generator of uniformly distributed random sequences comprises n entropy sources connected to first inputs of n EXCLUSIVE OR elements, which outputs are connected with shift register inputs divided into n parts and the rest outputs of each part of shift register are connected to other inputs of the following EXCLUSIVE OR elements. In addition there are k EXCLUSIVE OR elements, which outputs are connected to inputs of the output parallel register and inputs of these elements are connected to shift register outputs in the random order. The division factor of a pulse counter must exceed the number of digits of the output parallel register.
