A novel method for simultaneous detection and discrimination of bacterial, fungal, parasitic and viral infections of eye and central nervous system

Provided are combinations of sets of primers useful for differential detection of several various pathogens simultaneously in a sensitive and reliable manner. The recited DNA sequence combinations can be used to detect various viruses, bacteria and Toxoplasma and Chlamydia. Further provided are matrixes of probe sets and methods of using the primer sets.
