A method for treating the stricture of the anal canal comprises the dissection of the tissues and the suturing of the intact mucosa to the perianal skin. The intact mucosa is mobilized proximally at a distance exceeding the length of the cicatrix by 0.5- then is pulled through and sutured to the perianal skin without tension using non-interrupted blanket suture provided with atraumatic needle. |
