PURPOSE: An array substrate, a liquid crystal panel with the same, and a liquid crystal display device with the same are provided to make a pixel electrode to have a micro line width. CONSTITUTION: A buffer film is formed on an insulating substrate. A pixel electrode(140) is formed on the buffer film. The pixel electrode comprises first and second electrode layers. The first and second electrode layers are successively formed. The second electrode layer is made of materials whose etching rate is twice faster than the etching rate of the first electrode layer.
