A plant for the preparation of silicon powder contains cylindrical discharge chamber, equipped with loading bin, classifier and electrode, connected with surge-current generator, and the device for transportation of basic material from the discharge chamber. The plant is equipped with whirling, on which rocking arms with boxes are radially mounted for transportation of silicon powder, and with clarifier bowl with perforated cylindrical surface, settling container and arranged successively in a circle under boxes with silicon powder support table, reservoir for chemical treatment, reservoirs for washing, drying device and unloading device. The classifier of the discharge chamber is made in a form of loose mounted relative to each other vertical plates. As the device for transportation of powder from discharge chamber a system of hydrotransportation with ejector pump is used. |
