PURPOSE: A desertification prevention system is provided to enable users to easily manage and operate the desertification prevention system without using a separate water supplying system. CONSTITUTION: A desertification prevention system comprises the following: a windbreak wall(10) installed on the windy location, and is formed with waste tires mounted in more than two rows; a fixing material(20) formed with the waste tires for preventing the movement of surface soil on the area protected from the wind using the windbreak wall; a moisturizing unit(30) produced with a water impermeable plastic material for maintaining the moisture on grasses or trees, formed with water bags inserted into sand and a moisturizing material formed with waste fibers or cotton; and a vegetation member(40) is the grasses or the trees planted on the upper side of the moisturizing unit.
